Tech Recycle™ provides technology recycling, refurbishment, and educational outreach. We do not guarantee device functionality, data recovery, or resale value unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
2. Data Responsibility
Clients are responsible for removing or backing up personal data prior to device submission. Tech Recycle™ is not liable for data loss, exposure, or recovery unless a separate data handling agreement is signed.
3. Device Ownership & Authorization
By submitting devices, you affirm that you are the legal owner or have full authorization to recycle them. Tech Recycle™ reserves the right to decline items that may pose safety, legal, or ethical concerns.
4. Liability Disclaimer
All services are provided “as is.” Tech Recycle™ is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
5. Educational & Environmental Commitment
Donated devices may be refurbished, dismantled, or redistributed to support educational programs, community workshops, or responsible recycling. Ownership transfers upon submission.
6. Policy Updates
Tech Recycle™ reserves the right to update this notice at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
